Received a phone call from an old friend from yesteryears.I was pleasantly surprised to hear that he had along with his nephew started a Italian wine and dine restaurant at the Deccan Plaza at Chennai .
Did visit the Osteria last sunday and discovered some really tasty country italian food with an indian touch .The food was simple and original something different.
What added value was a seperate section in the menu which had a few mexican food which I could order for the kids like Nachos .
My parents would love to visit the Osteria as it has an all vegetarian menu.Was satiated with the food.I have a weak stomach and the taste was just subtle to suit the taste buds without irritating the stomach.
